Pasadena City Hall Engagement Photos
Effortless Elegance, Editorial and Carefree…
Joyce and Jack venture to Pasadena City Hall in early June for their engagement photos. Pasadena City Hall, one of my top locations to take engagement photos at, is so beautiful. The architecture is beautiful, ornate, and highly decorative, giving a very elegant, nearly European feel to the area. This city hall is arguably the most beautiful city hall in Los Angeles, and for good reason. With the seasonal rose gardens, fountains, and beautiful arches, its easy to see why Joyce and Jack wanted to take their photos here.
Their engagement photos feel equal parts effortless and elegant, marrying both highly editorial style with carefree sweet moments shared between one another. I could clearly see the love between Joyce and Jack as they took their engagement photos between stealing kisses and constantly being tangled up in one another’s arms. The way Joyce and Jack look at one another feels like everything else melts away.
Joyce wore two different looks. Her first look was a vintage white linen mini dress with dangling pearl details at the bust, and the second was a satin long dress that she wore when she and Jack went to the courthouse together. I love that Joyce was able to include her courthouse dress into these photos along with her vintage mini dress, making these photos extra special. These are some of my favorite photos captured at Pasadena City Hall because of Joyce and Jack bringing the space to life!
