CREATING A CUSTOM EXPERIENCE MEANS CREATING CUSTOM PACKAGES
Every couple and event is unique, so I provide the option to modify or create custom collections for photographic coverage. While I do have recommended starting points, clients will have the option to customize services with a la carte items such as: an engagement session, second photographer, additional hours, and multi-day coverage.

Wedding Day Coverage
Starting at: $8,000
Include detailed day-of coverage, a combination of digital and 35mm film photos, online gallery for one calendar year with unlimited photo downloads and shares, personal printing rights release, access to online print shop, timeline assistance, and vendor recommendations. Option to customize with engagement session, 2nd shooter, and other services.
Wedding Weekend Coverage
Starting at: $20,000
Three consecutive days of wedding coverage with up to 18 hours to be divided as needed. Includes: engagement session, an included second photographer, digital and film photographs, online gallery for one calendar year with unlimited photo downloads and shares, personal printing rights release, access to online print shop, timeline assistance, and vendor recommendations. Option to customize with additional services.

Elopements & Micro Weddings
Starting at: $1,500
Vanessa offers three tiers of elopement coverage: 1 hour, 3 hours, and 8 hours. Elopements are considered intimate events that include less than 30 guests. Elopements include an online gallery for one calendar year with unlimited photo downloads and shares, personal printing rights release, timeline assistance, and vendor recommendations.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
01Do you only shoot weddings?
While couples and their wedding celebrations are my primary focus, I love documenting life stories and other events. It has been a joy to photograph individuals and couples move through some of life’s most precious moments like getting engaged, married, and welcoming their first children. Please inquire for specific season availability for non-wedding shoots.
02How many images can I expect to receive?
Because every event is different I’m unable to specify a certain number. The duration of the event, size of the party, and the venue are all a factor. Although I can’t make any guarantees, clients usually receive 75-150 images per hour. If an estimate is important to you, we can go over expectations over a call in depth.
03How will I receive my images?
Your images will be available via an online gallery where you may view, download, or share your images. This gallery is included and lives online for one year. You may renew for additional years of hosting at an additional charge.
04What is your turn around time?
For weddings I release a preview gallery with a small collection of images within one week of the event date. The remaining images from your day will be delivered within 8 weeks. Engagement sessions are generally delivered within 4 weeks. Other types of shoots may vary.
05Is 35mm/120mm film an additional fee?
Film is offered with all wedding collections. You can expect to have a combination of digital and film photos in your gallery to enjoy.
06Can you photoshop us?
I am trained in Photoshop and am more than able to take Photoshop requests as you may have them. Specialty Photoshop requests will be charged on a per image or per hour basis. Complimentary Photoshopping includes removal of items that may not be present one week from the event that cannot be anticipated (i.e. acne, cuts, bruises, etc.).
07What are your travel fees?
Travel fees and destination weddings are considered events located more than 100 miles outside of my zip code (in Los Angeles). For events taking place outside my included travel radius, there is a small mileage fee. For events I am unable to drive to, travel fees include airfare and hotel accommodation. Couples can expect an all inclusive travel quote to be provided upon communication.
08How do we secure you as our photographer?
Once you’ve reached out and we have made communication, confirmed your details, and verified I am available, I will send you a personalized contract to sign outlining your day + services. Your signature and a 30% deposit locks you in for your date!
